Scope of Work Included:

• Install caisson 36” to 60” diameter
• Furnish and install reinforcing steel and concrete
• Install anchor bolt packages
• Provide survey and layout of all work
• Hand excavation where required

Obstacles to Overcome:

• Do not impede pedestrian traffic for patients entering the
  facility
• Accelerated schedule – multiple drill rigs and multiple
  cranes utilized to meet milestone dates
• Drilled shafts located extremely proximate to existing
  structure
• Project complete with no damage to existing structure,
  HVAC, or utilities to building
