• Existing rail lines immediately adjacent

Methodology:

• Utilized specialty equipment with LoDril attachment due to low overhead
• Completed with no damage to existing SEPTA utilities or surrounding areas
• Construction of 42” and 36” catenary foundations
• Construction of 36” downguy foundations
